In Motion is now offering a Combine Prep Training program with an advantage. Not only will our professionals train you to be physically and mentally prepared for the Combine, but we will also arm you with the additional knowledge you need.
The skills you need in the testing arena are different than the functional skills needed on the field. The knowledge of how to best perform each test is critical to your success.
Our program includes:
- A Functional Movement Screening – training strategies and corrective exercises to decrease risk of injury
- Body Composition and Nutritional Information – maximizes gains and performance
- Combine-Specific Training
- Bench Press
- Pro Agility
- L-Drill
- 40-Yard Dash
- Vertical and Broad Jumps
- Position-Specific Preparation
Individualized training will decrease body fat and increase lean body mass, strength, speed and agility.
Our fitness professionals recommend 24 sessions for advanced preparation, however, 18 sessions can be sufficient for some.
Participants will attend three sessions per week. Each session lasts 90 minutes.

My little lad is five years old and keeps nagging me saying he wants to join a football team. Does anyone think he is too young or is it okay. At the moment he trains two times a week at his school and i thought this enough. Any help would be appreciated.
