Fitness and Weight LossEducation, communication, and lots of support will help you lose weight, keep weight off, and improve your health and fitness. At Bon Secours In Motion, we help unlock your potential to make the lifestyle changes that are difficult to make alone. Our program is available at our locations in Virginia Beach, Hampton, and Chesapeake.

Your personal nutrition and fitness program begins with private, individual evaluations by both a Registered Dietitian and a Performance Specialist. These one-to-one connections will help keep you motivated to reach your goals.

Our program offers flexible hours and individualized programming done in small group training sessions.

Adult Fitness Program Overview

  • Unlimited Monthly Visits with a Certified Performance Specialist
  • 60 minute small group training sessions which will include: warmup, stability, strength, flexibility and
    cardiovascular training as well as recovery exercises
  • One Monthly Appointment with Registered Dietitian
  • Personal guidance based on your goals, evaluation of current habits and meal planning
  • One Monthly Recovery Massage
  • Compare what we offer including monthly one-to-one dietitian appointments and free monthly massage and you’ll see no other program is as comprehensive as ours.


  • Chilled Ponds $200 per month, $100 per month for training before 12:00pm, call for times/details (757) 391-7676

  • Boo Williams $100 per month for AM training, $150 per month PM training, call for times/details (757) 224-4601
