Your personal nutrition and fitness program begins with private, individual evaluations by both a Registered Dietitian and a Performance Specialist. These one-to-one connections will help keep you motivated to reach your goals.

Our program offers flexible hours and individual or group training sessions.

  • 1 Monthly Appointment with Registered Dietitian
  • 1 Monthly Recovery Massage
