Located between DePaul Medical Center and Wards Corner, In Motion at Newport Avenue is a key part of The Norfolk Fitness and Wellness Center. This site has one of the area’s only Balance Master systems for vestibular rehab, and in addition to physical therapy, offers Speech (post-stroke aphasia, voice disorders and cognitive linguistic defects programs) and Occupational Therapy programs.

Direct Access
In Motion physical therapy is now offering Direct Access. Our Direct Access program allows certified physical therapists in Virginia to evaluate and treat anyone with an injury without the necessity of a referral from a physician. For more information regarding direct access please click here.
