Glenda is a Virginia Beach native, graduating from Kellam High School.   She went on to pursue her passion for health and exercise at Old Dominion University where she earned her Bachelors in Exercise Science and Masters in Physical Therapy.  Glenda has been with Bon Secours InMotion Physical Therapy since 2002 and opened our Redmill clinic in January of 2010 and it has grown ever since.  Glenda has an advanced certification in the McKenzie Method, a systematic approach to the diagnosis and treatment of neck and back disorders, as well as being a certified Schwinn® classic cycling instructor.  She loves combining her passion for fitness with her knowledge and experience in rehab and excels in getting her clients back from injury and returned to their fitness routine.
