Katlin became interested in physical therapy while studying ballet and other forms of dance as a child. Before coming to work at Bon Secours In Motion, Katlin spent three years working as a civilian physical therapist with the United States Marine Corps and the United States Navy.

Katlin is trained in classical ballet with many years of pointe work as well as jazz, modern, tap, and musical theatre, and also has experience as a dance teacher and choreographer. She has performed in numerous ballets with the Ohio-based Opus II Dance Company and the Ashland Regional Ballet. Katlin has worked clinically with the Cincinnati Ballet, the University of Cincinnati College- Conservatory of Music, the cast of Broadway’s Shrek, and Cirque du Soleil and has experience rehabilitating dance and performance injuries with Pilates-based interventions.
