In Motion Goals for the New Year

In Motion has big plans for 2011.

We want to reach out to more people in Hampton Roads than ever before, while upholding and improving our reputation for personalized service and exceptional information and care.

Goals are Good. In Motion Likes Goals.

We set goals for every new In Motion patient.  We’re supportive and involved in each patient’s care.  Our rehabilitation patients work hard to reclaim their best selves; we make the hard work fun, when we can.

And it’s not just physical therapy and rehabilitation that’s tough. We push our sports performance clients who come to us for performance enhancement and injury prevention, too. We ask them to work harder, and smarter so they get faster, stronger. .

We challenge weight loss clients to make changes in the way they eat, and think, about food.

Goals for In Motion’s Community of Patients and Friends

  • To stretch a little every day to increase flexibility
  • To take advantage of free health screenings, like the balance assessments offered this month at the new Boo Williams PT Clinic
  • To visit an Open House and enjoy the refreshments and information (both free!)
  • To do, and do well, the exercises given to me by my Physical Therapist
  • To build strength by doing the hard stuff (the hard stuff can be fun, you know)
  • To look at weight loss and nutrition as a lifestyle shift, not a diet

Goals for In Motion Clinical and Customer Service Staff

  • To help our patients and friends find their best possible health
  • To help customers train for the Shamrock and Rock ‘N Roll – and all the big races – with proper shoe fittings and orthotics, training advice and nutrition advice
  • To answer the phone with a smile – and appointments within 24 hours
  • To introduce In Motion’s Weight Loss & Nutrition programs, and Brooke Mercedes, RD, and Dr. I. Phillip Snider and their team of trainers, because it’s a healthy, life-changing program

Are you ready to make this a good year? So are we!
