Physical Therapist Assistant

Areas of Specialization:  Dave has a strong background of more than 10 years in outpatient orthopaedic physical therapy. He specializes in the McKenzie Method of Spinal Rehabilitation.  He also has experience in aquatic therapy and Kineseotaping. Graston® Therapy Certified Specialist for instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization.

Education:
• Associates Degree in Physical Therapist Assisting from Tidewater Community College in Virginia Beach, VA

Dave is a native of the Hampton Roads area.  He has been working as a LPTA in the outpatient orthopaedic setting since graduating from TCC in 2001.  He has participated in several continuing education courses focusing on orthopaedic and manual therapy techniques.  His lifelong love of ice hockey and living in the Great Bridge area is what lead him to join the In Motion team at Chilled Ponds in December of 2010.
