Beth Helm, PT, MSR, is the clinical coordinator and physical therapist at our very busy and very popular Hilltop clinic – located in the Hilltop area of Virginia Beach. If she’s not surfing then she’s paddleboarding or swimming – anything involving water sports. Beth played volleyball in college and still enjoys that when she can. She also stays active running, biking, and competing in triathlons.
