Hallie was born and raised in Hampton Roads, VA. After 10+ years in other parts of the state, she has returned to Chesapeake with her husband to “put down roots.” She enjoys Crossfit, running, dancing, martial arts, outdoor activities and learning new things in all areas of health. As a Therapist, she challenges her patients to strive toward their potential through a focus on function and avoiding “1 Rep Max living.” It is also her philosophy that any individual is an athlete of some kind; and should “train” so that his or her responsibilities do not become progressively unbearable. Her personal mantra: We are all a work in progress; where there is a will, there is a way.
