Lauren was born and raised in Ohio and attended Interlochen Arts Academy as a dance major which initiated her passion for learning about the intricacies of the human body and movement.  After experiencing a dance related injury, it was a natural segway to pursue Physical Therapy as a means to assist others who are recovering from a wide range of injuries.  Lauren still enjoys dance and pilates in her spare time.
