Roland followed his dream to be a physical therapist after retiring from the Air Force with 20 years of service. As an avid athlete, he had to visit a physical therapy clinic for rehabilitation after a knee injury. There, he gained a passion for rehabilitation and envisioned how he could help others gain the strength and mobility necessary to improve their quality of life. He is now fulfilling his dream of helping others as a physical therapist and clinical coordinator at In Motion.
