Bon Secours In Motion Sports Performance Camps

Speed and Agility Clinic

Become a stronger, faster, more explosive athlete!

Bon Secours In Motion Sports Performance’s Speed and Agility program is built on increasing overall speed, footwork and quickness through a series of neuromuscular stability and plyometric drills. This clinic is for middle school students only.

Our 10 session Summer Clinic will focus on developing the proper running form and building the necessary movement patterns to become quicker, faster, more explosive athletes. The program will be held at our Boo WilliamsChilled Ponds and Healthy Way locations on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 11 am to Noon or at 6 pm to 7 pm (Chilled Ponds and Healthy Way locations only) beginning June 23.

Build power, develop strength and increase speed with Bon Secours In Motion Sports Performance’s ALL NEW Summer Strength and Conditioning Clinic. This program is established to teach the proper techniques and exercises for all levels of experience in the weight room.

Our Performance Class is for athletes 13 to 16 year olds and is programmed to build the proper technique and strength needed at the high school level. This class is on Tuesdays and Thursdays and will run from Noon to 1 pm .
