Virtual Training
As many of our partners begin this school year virtually and we move forward with the VHSL decision to postpone our sports seasons for this year, we want to help our athletes stay healthy, fit, active, strong, and mobile in any way that we can. This Virtual Sports Performance Program was designed to bridge the gap between Athletic Trainers, coaches, parents, and student athletes in the midst of this pandemic. Our team will be working hard to deliver workouts and educational sessions that will be posted here weekly. We are hopeful and excited for the time that we can all workout together again but for now please enjoy the virtual workouts provided that you can do from the comfort and safety of your home!
