Virtual Training

The VHSL has made the decision to cancel strength and conditioning until further notice and we want to help our athletes stay healthy, fit, active, strong, and mobile in any way that we can. There is evidence to support that targeted exercises, stretching, and mobility play a vital factor is preventing injury (Andrew, N., Gabbe). This design creates an opportunity in which players, coaches, and parents can benefit in a holistic approach to staying physically active during this pandemic. Please join athletic trainer, Colin Foley, Monday-Friday for virtual workouts that you can do from the comfort of your home!
