Bon Secours In Motion Sports Performance Team at Best of the 757’s 2013 Baseball Showcase

On August 17th at Harbor Park in Norfolk, the Bon Secours In Motion Sports Performance Team performed athletic testing for the Best of the 757’s 2013 Baseball Showcase, this testing included: the 60 Yard Dash, Pro Agility Shuttle, Rotational Power Ball Toss and the Vertical Jump. Our team worked with the athletes and informed them on the best practices for performing each test as well as grading results.

Our partnership with the Best of the 757 organization, which began this year, has been particularly successful in showcasing our Sports Performance Team’s talent through all of the Best of the 757’s events. Here are the results from the most recent baseball showcase and we look forward to October 13th as we take to the hardwood at Boo Williams Sportsplex in Hampton for the basketball combine.
