Our physical therapy and sports performance clinic in Hampton is located conveniently inside the Boo Williams Sportsplex. Due to our rapid growth on the peninsula, our Boo Williams team is looking for help managing the administrative tasks behind the front desk.
Position: Rehab Secretary
Location(s): Yorktown Victory YMCA and Boo Williams Sportsplex
Description: Greet patients, answer telephone calls, schedule patients, verify insurance, and other clerical tasks as needed.
Requirements: High school diploma; Able to learn computer software systems; good customer service; able to multi-task; knowledge of medical terminology and insurance benefits is preferred.
Other information: Familiarity with electronic medical records would be a plus. No weekends.
