In Motion’s expert trainers and qualified performance specialists use their expert knowledge of the body, extensive experience of the game, and the best technology available to assess your potential and take you to new levels of performance on the football field.

Our Program

The training required to excel in the Combine testing arena differs greatly from the functional skills needed on the field, so the knowledge of how to best perform each test is critical to your success.

In Motion’s Combine Prep Training program is a 4 to 8 week focused, comprehensive training plan designed to optimize an athlete’s performance during combine testing. Our sports specialist trains athletes to be physically and mentally prepared for the Combine, so that when the time comes to compete they can stay focused with the confidence that they have been fully prepared in the training process.

In Motion’s program includes:

  • Functional Movement Screenings
    Developing training strategies and corrective exercises designed to decrease risk of injury.
  • Combine-Specific Training
    Our specialized focus on each Combine test includes: Bench Press, Pro Agility, L-Drill, 40-Yard Dash, Vertical and Broad Jumps, and Position Specific Preparation.
  • Body Composition and Nutritional Information
    Working with our team to insure that your body is getting the fuel it needs to perform.
  • Speed and Agility Training
    Our periodized program will produce peak performance at testing time.
  • Dartfish Analysis
    Our specialists analyze your running mechanics to your agility technique, then help you overcome your weaknesses and limitations with focused training and comprehensive feedback.
  • Strength and Conditioning Training
    Individualized training will help you increase lean body mass and decrease body fat.
  • Home Drills
    Instruction in home drills will help athletes maximize every training session to boost speed, power, flexibility and core stability.

Each client’s In Motion program is customized. Our experienced athletic trainers analyze your position and ability to create an individualized program tailored to your specific training needs. That’s why every program begins with measurement of your capabilities – musculoskeletal evaluation, seven point functional movement screening (FMS), and flexibility and strength testing.

Our Football Performance Specialists
In Motion’s Football Combine Preparatory Training program is led by highly trained sports performance specialist Wyle Maddox, ATC, CSCS. Wyle has worked the Combine for the NFL at the Athlete’s Performance Institute. In addition to his background training high-level athletes in football performance optimization, Wyle is certified trainer and strength and conditioning specialist. Wyle has developed a program that maximizes a player’s explosive speed, core strength, and multidirectional agility while decreasing their risk of injury.

Quintrel “Q” Lenore leads In Motion’s Football/Combine Prep program for peninsula athletes from our clinic at the Boo Williams Sportsplex. A Hampton Roads native, Q played football at James Madison University, where he also studied exercise science and sports performance. Q has completed a number of sports performance internships, including programs at Bridgewater College and Mississippi State University. He is a USA Weightlifting Level 1 Sports Performance Coach and is currently undergoing Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist Certification.

Pricing
Each session is an hour long. We meet three times per week to help accelerate your performance.

  • 12 Sessions (minimum): $205
  • 18 Sessions (suggested for sufficient preparation): $285
  • 24 Sessions (ideal for advanced preparation): $335

We offer discounts for groups of 4 or more.
