Basics of All Soccer Programs

  • Musculoskeletal evaluation to improve your performance
  • Movement training in each session
  • Improve your position-specific movement skills

  • Dartfish analysis of soccer processes: passing, kicking, running
  • Open to soccer athletes age ten to adult
  • Home exercise program to address strength and flexibility
  • Two and six-week programs available, sessions are three times per week


Age Group Soccer Programs

10-12 Year Olds: basic movement patterns emphasized, balance, core, flexibility,
3 x per week: 2 or 6 weeks
13-14 Year Olds: basic movement patterns further enhanced along with core, flexibility, strength, and power endurance
3 x per week: 2 or 6 weeks
15-18 Year Olds: advanced movement patterns specific to soccer; customized programs for novice and experienced weight lifters, power endurance, balance, core, flexibility, and strength components incorporated into each session
3 x per week: 2 or 6 weeks
