In Motion Triathletes Performance Package

VO2 Max Testing

  • It measures your capacity to generate the required for endurance activities. Improving your VO2 Max by 10% can take more than a minute off your 5K time.
  • Includes a 10-20 minute sub test max test, data summary of test scores, and customized home exercise program
