Lisa was a local competitive Gymnast for 14 years. She was a 1994 VSHL State Champion Gymnast and from 1999-2000 served as Green Run High School’s Gymnastics and Cheerleading Coach. Lisa tore her ACL when she was 17 while competing at the 1994 VSHL Gymnastics State Meet.  She underwent ACL reconstructive surgery and 5 months of physical therapy; this experience led her to her career as a physical therapist.

Lisa enjoys spending time with her family, exercising, and playing the piano. She is a huge New York Giants fan!
