Heather became a therapist after receiving physical therapy for rotator cuff tendonitis during high school softball and enjoying the rapport she built with her PT. Since then, her personal athletic focus has changed to running marathons and triathlons, participating in the Boston Marathon 2010 and her first Ironman in 2009.  She loves to help others prevent and rehab injuries so they can continue to enjoy their sport of choice.  She is excited to utilize more Intermuscular Manual Therapy (Dry Needling) as part of her practice for both athletes and non-athletes alike.
