In Motion Sports Performance

Aquatic Therapy

The unique properties of water provide an excellent medium for rehabilitation therapies. Buoyancy reduces the stress on joints and muscles. The body moves more freely and easily than on land.

The goal of this program is to return individuals to activity as quickly and safely as possible.
