Please pass on to your staff my thanks for a job well done

I just wanted to take a moment of your time to express how pleased I was with your personnel that I had the pleasure to work with these last few weeks. From the desk personnel, to the PT assistants, to the Physical Therapists, it was always a pleasure. They were courteous and professional in all of the dealings I had with them. The operation ran like clockwork. Everything was on time, somewhat of an unusual trait in dealing with most medical establishments. The facility was clean, well-organized, and professional.

I want to particularly recognize Jenna Jeswald and Shannon O’Grady for their efforts as my assigned Physical Therapists. They were extremely knowledgeable in their fields and knew exactly what to do. My last session was yesterday and it is with mixed emotions that I will not be returning for more sessions. Collectively, we have accomplished what we set out to do. Strange as it may sound I had somewhat looked forward to my sessions; as much as you can look forward to being tortured. Again, please pass on to your staff my thanks for a job well done.
