Areas of Specialization: Aaron has a background in athletic injury recognition, prevention, rehabilitation, and sports performance. He uses his knowledge and education gained from working in professional baseball to help the overhead throwing athlete perform injury prevention, strengthening, and maintenance exercises.
Aaron is from Arkansas originally, but moved to Tyler, Texas for graduate school, and then moved to Clearwater, FL to work as an Athletic Trainer/Conditioning Specialist within the Philadelphia Phillies Organization. After 3 years within the Phillies Organization, he chose to move to the Hampton Roads area as the Sports Performance Coordinator at Chilled Ponds.
Over the years, Aaron has been able to work with many different levels of athletes, from high school, to junior college and professional. He is able to implement what he has learned throughout his career to work with any population that comes into Chilled Ponds. He is very motivated, listens to the client’s goals, and strives to help them achieve their optimum performance.
